My Place Pediatrics offers you the undivided attention of your pediatric specialist, with a variety of visits and payment arrangements. We accept traditional health insurance, self-pay and affordable direct care memberships.
PAYMENT & INSURANCE
We offer payment options for your visit to meet any family’s needs. We accept some health insurance plans and are actively expanding our network; for families paying without health insurance, we provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement according to your policy for out-of-network providers.
Most of our services are Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) eligible.
Payment in full is required at the time of your visit for all non-insurance visits.
Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted.
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any appointment not canceled 48 hours in advance.
Pay per visit or purchase a money-saving monthly membership.

Memberships are available for a $125 one-time registration fee and a monthly fee based on the plan you’ve selected which range from $90-$155 per month. A membership affords your child up to 3 in-office and telehealth visits per month as well as unlimited direct email and phone access to your provider.
Additional siblings who sign up for a membership receive a 10% discount.
Additional charges may apply for home visits and visits in excess of 3 per month.
For ADHD, most medical providers require a monthly check-in to monitor medication effects and dosages, as finding the proper treatment plan can take time. The membership plan allows you regular, frequent check-ins at your convenience, saving you time and frustration. Most importantly, it ensures your child is being monitored effectively and safely at a price you can afford.

New Patient Mental Health / ADHD Consultation & Evaluation: $385
Established Patient: range from $110-$165 depending on complexity and time
New Patient Primary Care & Well Child Exams: $185
Convenient Care / Same Day Visit for Urgent Needs New Patient: $195
Lab fees, procedures and treatments are not included in the prices noted above. Cash discounts are available, or insurance can be used
